Ingredients
  • 5½ to 6 c flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3½ T baking powder
  • 1½ t salt
  • 1½ cup dried fruit
  • 4 c coconut milk
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Put on slightly oiled pan and divide
  3. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes
