Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup low fat cottage cheese I use Lactaid for lactose free
  • 3 cans tuna 5 ounces per can, keep liquid from container
  • ⅓ cup celery diced
  • ⅓ cup radishes diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups carrot noodles
