Gaucho Burgers

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
  • Onions, cut into ½ pieces
  • Tomatoes, cut into ½ pieces
  • Bell peppers, cut into ½ pieces
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • Cheese sauce
  • Melted butter
Steps
  1. Form patties from ground beef and grill to desired doneness. While patties are cooking,
  2. sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms in butter. Chop tomatoes and set aside.
  3. Remove patties from grill and top with sautéed vegetables and tomatoes. Pour cheese sauce over burgers.
