Garlic Butter White Wine Shrimp Linguine
Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lb. linguine (can use regular or whole wheat)
  • 1 ½ lb. jumbo raw shrimp
  • ¾ cup Barefoot Pinot Grigio (you don’t have to measure - just a few good glugs)
  • ¼ cup minced fresh sage
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
