  • 7 large eggs
  • 1 ¼ cups half-and-half

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • ⅓ cup panko or other dried breadcrumbs
  • Jarred red-pepper relish, for serving
  • Sliced vegetables, such as celery and bell peppers, for serving
