- almost a pound of halibut or other good white fish for two
- 1 orange zested
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoons unsalted buter
