  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (from 2 large garlic cloves)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
