Ingredients
- 1⅓ c flour
- ⅔ c sugar
- 2 T cocoa
- ½ t baking powder
- ½ t instant coffee
- ⅔ c butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg white
- Sugar
Steps
- Mix first 5 ingredients. Add butter, egg yolk, vanilla. Form into a ball then into 6 portions. Roll out each portion into a rope 12” x ¾”. Flatten slightly. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. While warm cut into 1” pieces
