Vegan Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 3 lbs potatoes (about 6 russets, yukons, or  a mix of both)
  • 5 cups of water (or until potatoes are covered)
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ tsp pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 Tbs white miso (or to taste)
