  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup water
  • subheading: Miso ginger dressing:
  • 1.5 tbsp white miso
  • 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or 2 medjool dates
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup water
  • subheading: Honey mustard:
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
