Instant Pot Pineapple Stuffing

- 6 slices bread broken up
- 16 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Mix all ingredients & place in loaf pan.
- Set trivet & a cup of water in the Instant Pot.
- Set loaf pan (uncovered) on the trivet.
- Cook on Manual for 10 mins then Quick Release.
- Place in oven for a few minutes to crisp a bit.
