  • 5 grams baking powder
  • 3 grams kosher salt
  • 1 large egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk or water (for brushing)
  • 14 grams butter, melted (for brushing)
  • sesame seeds or poppy seeds, optional (for sprinkling)
