Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 shake of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • note: Note - you can also add a sweetener like Swerve if you really want that extra sweetness. I opted not to, and instead used a low carb syrup that I feel is sweet enough.
