Ingredients
- 14g coffee, medium fine
- Water at 175f/80c, metal filter
Steps
- Inverted method, leave plunger just under No. 4
- 0:00 Pour coffee in, add water halfway up the chamber and stir
- 0:20 Fill rest of the chamber with water, stir, add cap
- 0:40 start plunge
- 1:00 finish plunge
