  • 1 ¼ cups chicken broth
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus ¼ teaspoon minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
