Ingredients

  • 4 cups water 
  • 16 ounces bottled clam juice 
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme 
  • 1 bay leaf 
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt 
  • 3 6.5-ounce cans minced clams, drained and rinsed
