Nice rare and delicious cheeseburgers.

Ingredients
  • 1lb 80/20 ground chuck
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp hamburger seasoning
  • 2 to 3 slices American cheese or preferred cheese
  • Butter
Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl combine the ground chuck, salt, pepper, and hamburger seasoning. Mix well
  2. Form mixture into 2 to 3 patties.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
  4. Place burgers in the pan and cook for 4 minutes a side.
  5. Once on the second side add a slice of cheese atop each patty and add a lid to the pan to help melt the cheese.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
