  • 15 oz chili beans (rinsed, drained) (2 cans for Crossovers) (or 1&½ to 3 cups cooked, drained beans
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese (grated; or cheese of choice)
  • salsa (your choice)
  • sour cream
