Air Fry Pork Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbs baking powder
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Roasted Pepper and Garlic seasoning
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2½ cups shredded old cheddar or pepper jack cheese
  • 1 pound ground pork
Steps
  1. Preheat both sides of the air fryer to 360°F (4 to 5min.)
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Gather enough meat to make about a golf ball sized meat ball. Roll and press in your hands to shape.
  4. Line your 2 pans with parchment liners and space meatballs evenly.
  5. Air fry at 360°F for about 14 minutes. (Check temp. with an instant read thermometer and remove when it reaches 175 to 180°F.) Remove and place on a platter for a couple of minutes, then serve.
