Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbs baking powder
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne
- ¼ tsp mustard powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp Roasted Pepper and Garlic seasoning
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2½ cups shredded old cheddar or pepper jack cheese
- 1 pound ground pork
Steps
- Preheat both sides of the air fryer to 360°F (4 to 5min.)
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Gather enough meat to make about a golf ball sized meat ball. Roll and press in your hands to shape.
- Line your 2 pans with parchment liners and space meatballs evenly.
- Air fry at 360°F for about 14 minutes. (Check temp. with an instant read thermometer and remove when it reaches 175 to 180°F.) Remove and place on a platter for a couple of minutes, then serve.
