Corn Fritters

Ingredients
  • 1⅓ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1½ cup corn - dried well
  • ¾ cup V-milk
  • 1 Flax egg
  • Oil for frying
  • Bunch Parsley or 1 tblsp dried Parsley flakes
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients & slowly add milk for thick batter
  2. Add to ½ inch of oil & fry
  3. Flip fritter once one side golden brown
  4. Optional: can add grated cheese & spring onions
