¾ cup water

¼ cup freshly-squeezed lemon juice

½ cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs

subheading: FOR THE GLAZE:

1 ¼ cups confectioners sugar sifted

2 to 3 tablespoons freshly-squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
