  • 2 tsp. kosher salt, divided
  • 1 tsp. black pepper, divided
  • 8 oz. Gruyère cheese, shredded (about 2 cups), divided
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated (½ cup)
  • 1  (7 ½-oz.) bunch Swiss chard, stemmed and chopped (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup thinly sliced spring onions from about 3 medium onions)
  • 2 ½ cups half-and-half
  • Fresh dill
