Ingredients
- • 1 Cup unsweetened coconut or gluten free oatmeal
- • 1⁄2 Cup peanut, cashew or almond butter
- • 1⁄2 Cup chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, or raisins
- • 1⁄3 Cup honey
- • Parchment Paper
Steps
- Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Roll out 1 1⁄2 to 2 inch balls and place on parchment paper.
