Energy Balls, No bake
Ingredients
  • • 1 Cup unsweetened coconut or gluten free oatmeal
  • • 1⁄2 Cup peanut, cashew or almond butter
  • • 1⁄2 Cup chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, or raisins
  • • 1⁄3 Cup honey
  • • Parchment Paper
Steps
  1. Mix ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Roll out 1 1⁄2 to 2 inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  3. Place in freezer for about an hour and enjoy!
