Save money and enjoy a WAY cleaner cashew milk at home. And if that's not good enough, unlike almond milk, there's no straining needed!

Ingredients
- subheading: Version 1:
- 2 cups raw unsalted cashews (organic)
- 1 tbsp acacia fiber
- 4 cups water (once for soaking, again for blending)
- subheading: Version 2:
- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 to 2 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
Steps
- subheading: Version 1:
- Add 2 cups of cashews to a bowl and soak for at least four hours in about 4 cups of water. Then rinse and drain.
- Blend your soaked cashews with the acacia fiber and 4 more cups of fresh filtered water.
- No straining needed! Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- subheading: Version 2:
- Blend on high (speed 8 to 10) for 2 to 4 minutes. The longer you blend, the smoother it will be.
