  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • ⅓ cup milk regular or dairy-free
  • ⅓ cup avocado oil or neutral oil of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mature sourdough starter discard 265 grams
