Ginger Chicken Fajitas
  • 2 tsp grape seed oil, divided

  • Pinch each sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 6 large Swiss chard leaves, stems removed
  • 3/4 cup raw unsalted cashews
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
