Paleo Chicken Fingers and Garlic Dijon Honey Dipping Sauce

  • 2 whole eggs, beaten
  • 2 to 3 tbsp avocado oil

  • ⅓ cup paleo mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp unpasteurized liquid honey
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
