  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips plus any extra for the top if desired
