  • ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Dash of crushed red pepper flakes
  • Pinch ground nutmeg, optional
  • 25 oz jar marinara sauce, divided (can use homemade marinara)
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil, for garnish
