  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 tbsp heavy cream, or whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley flakes, or 4 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ tsp salt
