PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownies - M

Ingredients
  • cooking spray
  • ⅓ cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 cup PB2 (10fp)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (2fp)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup plus 1 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup Stevia (measures same as sugar)
  • 2 T Truvia Brown Sugar baking blend (3fp)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 T Lily’s Baking chocolate chips (about 5fp)
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.  (Mark - add appropriate number for your oven)
  2. Get out your square yellow silicon cake pan. Spray lightly with oil (not Pam).
  3. In a large bowl combine the PB2, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and mix well with a whisk.
  4. Add the egg and stir.
  5. Add water, sugars, and vanilla and stir with a spatula or whisk until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake about 30 minutes.
  8. Set aside to cool, then cut into 6 bars cutting 3 rows x 2 rows.
