Greek Chicken in Crock Pot

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 onion cut
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp all spice
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
Steps
  1. Put chicken in bottom of crock pot and cover with onion and seasonings. Cook on low 8 hours or 4 hours high.
  2. Serve with Tzatziki sauce, feta, romaine lettuce, and rice or pita bread.
