Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen berries or cherries
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • ½ tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • ½ tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats or [3 to 4] tablespoons cooked quinoa or other whole grain
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk or Homemade Almond or Walnut Hemp Milk (see note) or a combination
