  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • juice from 1 lime
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of whey (from Easy Instant Pot Yogurt) or white vinigar
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 12 ounces frozen vegetable mix (red, orange, green peppers and onions)
  • 1½ cup broccoli flowerets
