Ditalini Arrabiata with Cavolo Nero and Buffalo Mozzarella
Ingredients
  • 400g ditalini (or other pasta, eg macaroni)
  • 1⁄4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 long red chilli, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 anchovies, chopped
  • 2 tbs tomato paste
  • 400g can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 balls buffalo mozzarella (or other mozzarella)
  • 1 small bunch cavolo nero (or kale, stalks removed), blanched
  • Micro rocket, to serve (optional)
