The Best Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies with Quinoa Flour
Ingredients
  • 2 cups quinoa flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 1 ¼ cups dark brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)
  • coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
