  • Chickpea "chicken" nuggets. Someone shared a recipe which I adapted but I'll add the link to the original. Below is how I made them. Delish! Really crunchy and they didn't fall apart at all.
  • 2 cans chickpeas , mashed
  • Separate bowl
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups cornflake crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Sprinkle of pepper.
  • Mix with chickpeas , form little patties and fried in evoo.

  • Almost all TJ ingredients. Used their regular chickpeas, not organic.
