  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 to 6 tbsp greek spice rub

  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ground rosemary
  • 2 tsp ground coriander, cilantro
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 6 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 3 tsp dried marjoram
  • 2 tsp sugar
