Sausage and Rice in Instant Pot
Ingredients
  • Last night I converted this recipe to IP. It was easy and was loved by my family. I used the amounts of ingredients listed in the original linked recipe. I sautéed the onion, Italian sausage and celery in the pot on “normal” until the sausage was cooked. Once cooked, I removed the sausage and veggies from the pot, added about 1.5 cups of chicken broth and deglazed the pot. After deglazing, I stirred in the rice, sausage, veggies and seasoning. I then poured the cream of celery soup over the top, but did not stir. Cook for 8 minutes on high pressure. When done, do a quick release and enjoy! It was much quicker than the original recipe and tasty!
