Ingredients
  • 1.8 lbs salmon, skin removed cubed large 3 inches
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 large lemon, juiced (2 tbs)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp each paprika onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp chili pepper flakes
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
