Persian German Heirlooms
This is a tribute to my mother in law Victoria, a true masterchef and my mother Helga, comfort food specialist. Included are all the recipes they prepared, some original recipes from professional chefs, my own creations/favorites, and several entries on knowledge I collected over the years about health/nutrition/medical conditions/home remedies. You will find answers to every common health issue browsing through my collection.

Steps
  1. step into sack and hop   *need 4 to 6 sacks
  2. create various goals for game
  3. hit each other
  4. 4 to 6  parallel competing
  5. 1 chair less than participants, dance around until music stops, sit
  6. sit around circle + whisper word/simple sentence ....last one say it out loud
  7. sit on floor in circle + "thief" drops "loot" inconspicuously + that person must catch him before he sits
  8. place template on wall + blindfolded pin the string where the tail belongs
  9. stop moving when music stops - who moves gets eliminated
  10. sit in circle + one by one repeat list what goes in suitcase + make mistake "you are out"
  11. pair up + dance with balloon stuck between foreheads + balloon drops "you are out"
  12. build "can" tower on table + throw in three rounds + count total  (winner with most cans)
  13. compete running in pairs, the inner legs tied together
  14. blow cotton ball towards opposite child through straw      goal:  blow it off the table
  15. inside circle of children stands blindfolded one + tease + if grabbed that child goes in center
  16. child in center guessing at end of song + one child with "coin/ring" goes around in circle and "drops" secretly in on child's cupped hands.
  17. play someone + everyone has to guess
  18. sit on chairs in cirlce + on child blindfolded turns + sits on someone's lap + "piep"  + needs to guess who
  19. sit in circle on ground w/hands open behind back + one child goes around "dropping plumpsack" + runs
