  • 1 medium onion , finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves , minced
  • ½ lb (225g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

  • ½ cup tomatoes , seeds removed, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • green onions , for sprinkling
  • fresh cilantro , for sprinkling
