Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 green pepper, cored and diced
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce (I used mild)
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (or salsa con queso or velveeta)
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch + 3 Tbsp water
- Toppings: cilantro, tortilla chips, diced avocado and sour cream
