Japanese curry
Ingredients
  • golden curry box
  •  
  • carrots
  •  
  • potatoes
  •  
  • onion
  •  
  • beef cut in cubes
  •  
  • flour
  •  
  • salt and pepper
  •  
  • oil
Steps
  1. Cut up potatoes and carrots into bite size pieces, boil
  2. Cut up onion and sauté- set aside
  3. cook rice
  4. Cut up cube steak into small bites, salt and pepper, flour and fry
  5. When veggies are done (still a little firm), drain and keep water, set veggies aside
  6. add curry block to one cup of the water and dissolve
  7. add in onions, veggies, and meat
  8. add more water if necessary
  9. serve over rice
  10. I usually just measure the veggies and meat for 3 to 4 people, cook 2 cups of rice, and use ½ an onion
