This Skillet Pie Combines Chili and Cornbread in One Healthful Package

  • ⅓ cup milk (whole, reduced-fat or plant-based)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil, such as avocado or canola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave
