  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons (8g) table salt
  • ½ cup (57g to 85g) dried fruit or King Arthur Baker's Fruit Blend
  • ½ cup (74g) King Arthur Harvest Grains Blend, or mixed nuts and seeds*
  • note: Add up to 2 tablespoons (18g) chia or whole flax seeds to your grains or nut and seed mix.
