Taco Casserole

I'm a home cook from South Australia, who enjoys experimenting with all sorts of recipes and cuisines. This community is awesome! :)

½ tablespoon olive oil

½ cup chopped onions

1 clove garlic, minced

120g minced beef (or use chicken/turkey mince))

¼ cup salsa

¼ cup water

1½ tablespoons taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

3 tostadas (or 3 crumbled taco shells)

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional for topping: Sour cream, black olives, extra salsa
