Whole wheat al dents pasta tossed with puréed spinach sauce (1 bag fresh chopped spinach per person, curry powder, bit of nutmeg, minced onion, chicken stock), then cooked for several minutes until thick. Stir in fresh garlic (a lot, 3 cloves per person.) Serve with a dollop of 2% Greek yogurt and a hard boiled grated egg, and black pepper.
Serve in a shallow bowl, with a soup spoon for eating, and a salad on the side
