Grain-Free Crab Cakes {Baked, Not Fried!} THM FP

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (can sub non-dairy yogurt or 0% Greek yogurt for THM)
  • 1 tablespoon  Cajun seasoning (slightly less if you don't like a bit of spicy)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 16 oz. wild-caught lump crab meat, juices drained
