Slow-Cooker Brisket Chili
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

  • 2 lbs. beef brisket, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 (15-oz.) cans black beans
  • 1 (15-oz.) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¾ cup beef broth
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
